MLM Phone Scripts

I just received an email today from a new mlm distributor. We were
discussing how to contact mlm leads by phone. I asked them to give
me their phone script and here is where I kind of blew my top.

“Hi prospect, this is (their name) from (their state). You are on a list
list of people who filled out a form and are interested in making money
do you remember filling out such a form”?

What we have always taught our members/group is the “feel, felt, found”
philosophy. How would you feel if “your name was on some “list”? What
do you typically answer if someone asks you?

What list is MY NAME ON? Get it off that list NOW!

Filling out a form? Holy Cow I fill out a ton of forms on the internet daily.
How on earth am I going to remember that?

Here is the catch–> if your name IS on a LIST you will probaby receive
about 10-20 calls from various mlm distributors and upwards of 100
to 200 emails from the same people. And all of them are jamming your
inbox with stuff you will call SPAM. Or, your spam filters will block all
incoming emails and you will not receive the email from Aunt Betty.

MLM has changed and your approach to prospects needs to change.

Here is what we teach our distributors.

MLM PHONE SCRIPT 101

1. Find out if the prospect has an interest.
2. Is the prospect open to taking a look?
3. If not, move on quickly

We always teach the mind set that our leads are from our website, even if we just purchased the leads from a mlm lead broker. We firmly believe when we purchase leads from a mlm lead broker their lead capture page is OUR WEBSITE for those specific leads they sent us.

So our script goes like this:

Listen Ann, not to long ago you visited my site and it’s obvious to me you are looking for ways to increase
your monthly income, is that still true? If they say yes, the door has been opened and you continue to ask them questions in preparation of sending them information on your business.

Always leave them with a time/date set for a follow up call. Tell them the call is strictly a follow up to get their feedback on the information you are providing them. Make them feel like they are a consultant to you and their feedback is of the upmost importance to you. Be prepared for them to say “NO” to your opportunity but for them to “LIKE” you and have a good feeling in their mouth. Make sure to leave the door open by asking them if they would be willing to review other information you have by subscribing to your “update list”.

If they like your information then guess what you have?

If they say no, move on to the next lead.

We tracked our efforts on both sets of mlm phone scripts and for our group it was a 2 to 1 split. We had twice as many prospects in our pipeline using the script above.

We know many mlm leaders teach the first phone script above and don’t like it when we show their members something else. Well, the question we ask is this……….

If your mlm phone script is so good, why are your distributors searching on the internet for “new mlm phone scripts”?

Hello Gang

Sorry for the delay in writing on the blog but it’s baseball season and I coach the
local High School Team. Now that our season is officially over and we start
Summer Baseball I have a lot more time to devote to our online business. However,
