Black Belt Recruting-Backdoor Strategy

By now you have heard enough of black belt recruiting by Mike Dillard. The person he used for BBR is Mark Weiser. Mark and I go way back to our days in ProStep. Do you remember them?

At any rate, I was placed below Mark by a guy named Atticus Killough. AK as we know him, was a downline member of mine in our Taproot System and he sponsored me into Prostep and placed me below Mark.

Mark struggled in the beginning and finally got serious and started to learn how to recruit members into Prostep. He listened to my phone calls, asked a ton of questions and made himself into a great networker. You Can Do The Same Thing if you WANT IT BAD ENOUGH.

The one thing I always told Mark was to have a backup plan in case the prospect was not interested. Basically, if they didn’t want ProStep, they needed our Taproot system or vice versa. This strategy of using the phones worked extremely well and our sponsoring rates increased dramatically in both programs.

Today’s internet prospects are a little bit more edgy and we have found that offering our prospects 20 Ways to Make $100 a day, paid for every lead we generated and some. I’ve got people using leads from a lead broker and between sponsoring prospects into their main program or selling 20 Ways they are actually making moola everytime.

This backdoor strategy can be yours as well but there is a catch.

The catch is you need to own the eBook before you can become an affiliate. All payments for the eBook go directly into your paypal account (100% commissions) and you get another 50% commissions on the back end product.

Regardless of how you recruit you have options available to you and you should use them. All of this depends on how you approach your prospects and never should you walk away from a good prospect without selling them something. Here are my top 2 backend products:

How to Use MLM Leads

I got a call last night from a person who ran into my site and basically asked in frustration: “how can I best use the mlm leads, I just purchased”.

My initial response was: “stop selling” and my second response was: “professionals sort”.

Basically everyone who purchases any type of mlm leads and those who generate their own mlm leads all want to do it the easy way: Let email follow up letters do all the work. It seems a lot of people have forgotten about using the phone. Using phone follow ups has always increased your sign up rates by a minimum of 23%. It does make sense to use the phone to “gather information”. It works best if you know exactly how that mlm lead was generated, then your offering can be extremely targeted to those individuals.

You must have a game plan before you ever contact your mlm leads. You need a game plan for initial contact via email or phone and you need to be able to steer these people to a certain offering of your choice. Most successful mlm’ers always have a offering that gets prospects to take action. Usually free material is the best approach. It can be a free report, a free tour, a free product. You get the idea, right?

Offer something for free up front, this will help open the door to more contact with this prospect and then you should guide them through your recruiting system or process. As you complete each step, realize that your prospects are asking themselves if they see themselves being able to do what you are doing. If they answer that with a resounding “YES”, then they will be a good candidate to become a business partner.
